Former Michigan Player, NFL Coach Looking To Make Return To Ann Arbor?

Michigan elevated TE coach Grant Newsome to replace Sherrone Moore as the OL coach on Monday. Now the Wolverines need someone to take over the TE role. One reported option is Kevin Koger, the former Wolverine TE under Brady Hoke, who is now the Chargers’ TE coach.

Sam Webb reported that Koger is being looked at to join the staff.

The Ohio native would certainly bring some NFL experience and Maize and Blue history.

Who wouldn’t want to join Michigan’s TE room with Colston Loveland at the helm?
