Five-Star Michigan DT Target Makes Big Decision On Upcoming Decision

Justin Scott, a five-star DT out of Chicago, was set to make his college commitment in the next week. Scott, who was favoring Notre Dame (and had seen some predictions), shared that he won’t be committing now:
