The top-ranked safety in the 2019 class is much like Stingley – ready to play from the jump. Michigan’s got an open safety spot with Tyree Kinnel’s graduation, and Hill projects to play opposite of Josh Metellus. Hill is an elite athlete (4.3 40-yard dash, 43.6-inch vertical) with a compact and muscular frame. He’s twitchy with elite range and tackles well. Hill isn’t an early enrollee, but I’d still be on him starting at some point next season. Hill is going to play plenty be it at safety, nickel or even corner.
