Isaac Taylor-Stuart, 247sports’ No. 15 recruit in the 2018 class, is high on the Wolverines.  Stuart, a San Diego, California native, told Scout.com’s Sam Webb that distance from home doesn’t really matter:

The Wolverines will have their hands full with Taylor-Stuart, as every major program will be after the 6-foot-2, 190-pound cornerback.
