Five-Star USC Commit Says Michigan Is Right Up There At Top

Brandon Justice of TheWolverine.com is out in Atlanta for the Rivals’ five-star challenge. Stephen Carr, the No. 20 recruit in the country and a Fontana, California native, is in attendance and told Justice that Michigan is sitting well in his recruitment.
