60 Minutes goes behind-the-scenes with Nick Saban

College Football fans got an inside look at Alabama Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban and his drive as a perfectionist.

From CBS:

Correspondent Armen Keteyian and producer Draggan Mihailovich were granted eight months of rare access to Saban’s Crimson Tide program and saw up close what it means to be the most dominant head coach in college football.

The video is pretty awesome and it gives great insight as to what Nick Saban is like as a head coach.  Even in practice he is demanding perfection, yelling at players and throwing his hat.  It was pretty interesting to see Saban’s speech to the little kids he spoke with and to see what life lessons he gave them.

It’s not difficult to see why Alabama is so successful and why players want to go play for him.
