Prankster Punks LA’s ABC 7 Over UCLA’s Water Main Break

A man named Louis Slungpue (!) hilariously informed news channel ABC 7 in Los Angeles why the water main broke on the UCLA campus. Slungpue informed the anchors that the reason for the break was, “a cherry bomb or someone took a really large dump.”
