Kentucky’s Marcus Lee To Transfer After Withdrawing From NBA Draft

Marcus Lee, who tested the NBA water before withdrawing on Wednesday, announced that he will not be returning to Kentucky after three seasons in Lexington.

Lee, a 6-foot-9 forward, averaged 6.4 ppg. and 6 rebounds last season. The California native will likely have to sit out a season as it does not appear he finished his degree.

Kentucky guard Isaiah Briscoe announced he was returning to school earlier in the day.

Lee joins Charles Mathews as two member’s of last year’s team who transferred out of the Wildcats program.
