George Washington Coach Mike Lonergan Calls Out President Obama For Not Selecting GW over Memphis

George Washington is set to play Memphis in the first-round of the NCAA Tournament.  The Colonials, the No.9 seed in the East region, have a 45%  chance of beating the No.8 seed Tigers, according to FivethirtyEight. As close as that margin is, President Obama, while filling out his bracket, decided to spurn the local D.C. team and go with the favorite.

This didn’t please George Washington head coach Mike Lonergan, who took to Twitter to question Obama’s selection and see whether Michelle picked GW:

No need to worry about my bracket, Coach Lonergan, I selected GW.
