Five-Star Malik Newman Picks Mississippi State

Five-star guard Malik Newman announced his intentions to attend Mississippi State next year during a ceremony at his high school on Friday.

Newman, the No. 8 prospect in the 2015 class, was down to the Bulldogs and the Kentucky Wildcats.

Newman is the third commit for the 2015 class for new coach Ben Howland.
