Fab Five would have won an NCAA Championship under John Beilein according to a member of Fab Five

Ray Jackson, a member of the Fab Five, said on ESPN 100.9 radio today that if current Michigan coach John Beilein were coaching the Wolverines and not Steve Fisher during the iconic 1992 and 1993 seasons, that the team would have won a National Championship.

John Beilein could very likely win the National Coach of the Year this year. After losing two first-round picks in Trey Burke and Tim Hardaway Jr., plus a season ending injury to All-American center Mitch McGary, Beilein has shown that he is one of the top coaches in the country, leading U-M to the National Championship game last season and an outright Big Ten regular season Championship this year.

Meanwhile, Fisher, who has been coaching at San Diego State since he was fired from Michigan, has the Aztecs tied atop the MWC at 25-3 overall this year. Let this silly debate begin.
