Duke’s Rodney Howard draws questionable foul call vs. Clemson

Was Duke’s Rodney Howard fouled against Clemson? Clemson fans will argue that Duke got another gift call on Friday night of the ACC tournament when Howard went down driving for a potential game-winning layup. Howard hit both of his free throws with 3.8 seconds left to give the Blue Devils the victory.
