After USA’s Sage Kotsenburg won the first gold medal at the Sochi Winter Olympics in the slopestyle snowboard, he instantly became an internet celebrity. Whether it was for his ultra-bro Instagram or his entertaining Twitter account, Kotsenburg became an American icon.
Kotsenburg tweeted this message after winning his gold medal, and shortly thereafter, the Pennsylvania-based Godshall’s Meats created the edible bacon medal.
