Marc-Andre Bergeron makes two awesome back-to-back saves

Carolina Hurricanes defenseman Marc-Andre Bergeron has not been known for his defensive prowess, but on Thursday night against the New York Rangers, he made two incredible stops.  With two minutes left in the 2nd period and the game tied 2-2, the puck snuck between Hurricanes goalie Dan Ellis’ legs and was trickling towards the net.  Bergeron got back and pulled the puck off the goal line at the last second and tried to clear it when it went right to Rangers forward Carl Hagelin.  Bergeron realized his mistake and Ellis was out of position so he dropped to his knees and made the stop.  He then cleared the puck out of the zone, keeping the game tied with two great saves.  Unfortunately for the Hurricanes they went on to lose to the Rangers 4-3 in overtime.
