As if the Miami Dolphins needed another reason to regret being filmed for a reality show, this morning the Miami Dolphins team plane wing clipped another plane on the runway at the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport. No one was seriously injured from the incident.
On the way back to South Florida after a 30-13 preseason loss to the Dallas Cowboys, the Dolphins’ plane backed into another American Airlines plane according to the Sun Sentinel. The plane was carrying the players, coaches, broadcasters and even the film crew for Hard Knocks.
“It rocked the entire plane,” broadcaster Joe Rose said on his sports radio show (WQAM 560-AM) early Thursday morning. “It was totally crazy. I just couldn’t believe it.”
The team had to wait three hours Thursday morning before they could board another plane. They landed in South Florida safely this morning at 7:30 a.m.
